Aerial or Aereal?

Here’s something we avoid like dirty lens glass. At left is the “aerial” view of new townhomes in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, decidedly ambiguous about which is the property in question. And at right is an Aereal view showcasing the construction features, finishes and materials against the backdrop of Lake Union and the Wallingford neighborhood.
