We see a lot of listing brokers missing opportunities to market with powerful images because they stay grounded. In the slide show above the first exterior photo is taken from about 25 feet off the ground, giving a view of the home’s lush setting while the second exterior gives a squirrel’s eye view of the homes entry. Either could serve as the main photo, and the broker has the option to change them out periodically to freshen the listing online and in print.
